Payment and ordering We are a Paypal verified business and use Paypal to process our transactions. A Paypal account is not required and they accept all major debit and credit cards. Items are handmade and posted within 1-5 working days of placing order. If you need an item for a specific date email us before purchase to see if we are able to prioritise your order. Orders sent outside the EU may be liable to import tax. Any import duty charges are the resposibility of the recipient.
Postage and delivery We post to the UK, Europe and Internationally. Items get posted out 3 times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders are sent by Royal mail. We have 4 postage options, Royal mail 1st class standard delivery, UK ONLY - Cost-effective solution to delivery the next working day. 1-2 working days delivery time once posted, Up to £36 compensation. Royal mail 1st class recorded delivery, UK ONLY - Signature on delivery, Next working day delivery. 1-2 working days delivery time once posted, Proof of posting and receipt for added security and peace of mind, Up to £36 compensation. Delivery dates depend on destination and purchase date. UK packages in general arrive within 7 working days of payment, and international within 10-15 days. Delivery does depend on royal mail however. We cannot be held responsible for delayed items once posted. Allowances should be made for orders placed on weekends and at busy times of the year such as Christmas, New Year or bank holidays. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery before contacting us about non delivery of an order. All items posted by recorded delivery need someone to sign for the parcel. We are able to offer you a different shipping address from the billing address so you can ensure the parcel gets sent where someone is able to sign for it. Maximum delivery cost to the UK is £3.75. For Europe it is £4 and worldwide it is £6.50. Postage on UK orders over £30 and £80 on international orders is free.

Commissions We undertake custom commissions. Whether you would like a necklace in a different colour or length don't hesitate to contact us to see what we can do for you. We are also able to offer some jewellery styles in 9ct gold. Please contact us for more details.
Returns We accept returns for certain items. Please see our returns section at the bottom of the website for more details.
Broken and damaged items We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase. Sometimes an item may break or get damaged through no fault of the customers. Faults in the materials used can go unnoticed and can cause the item break prematurely. I am more than happy to repair the jewellery for you free of charge. I offer a 6 month guarantee on all my handmade items for manufacture defects. If you happen to have accidently damaged your favourite item yourself, say by catching the item on a door handle or due to an unfortunate incident involving the kids/dog/hoover I will try my best to repair the item for you at cost price to me.
